    Multi-location, sales tax, and more payment processors

    • NewMulti-location support — map Shopify locations to QuickBooks Classes or Xero Tracking Categories and post per-location journals.
    • NewSquare, PayPal, Adyen, Klarna, Afterpay/Clearpay, and Walmart Marketplace settlement reconciliation.
    • NewSales tax handling — tax split into dedicated Tax Payable journal lines, with marketplace facilitator tax excluded automatically.
    • ImprovedAnomaly detection expanded to 23 detectors, all baselined against your workspace's own history.

    Self-serve billing, automation, and anomaly AI

    • NewSelf-serve billing with monthly and annual plans, including proration.
    • NewAutomation workflows — trigger notifications and actions on events like payout.flagged or sync.completed.
    • NewAI discrepancy explanations — flagged payouts get a plain-English summary of what didn't balance and why.
    • PerformanceWebhook receivers now archive payloads and enqueue jobs in under 100 ms.

  4. March 2026

    Core reconciliation engine

    • NewDual-processor reconciliation — Shopify Payments and Stripe Terminal reconciled separately with dedicated clearing accounts.
    • NewDraft journals posted to QuickBooks Online, Xero, Zoho Books, and Sage after your approval — never automatically.
    • SecurityAll OAuth tokens encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM; EU data residency in Frankfurt.

  5. January 2026

    Xero support and refund handling

    • NewXero joins QuickBooks Online as a destination for posted journals.
    • ImprovedRefunds and fee reversals matched back to their original orders, so refund journals mirror the sale exactly.

  6. December 2025

    Exact fees, to the cent

    • NewExact fee extraction from Stripe's balance_transaction API — no more estimated processor fees.
    • PerformancePayout syncs run incrementally, so large stores reconcile in seconds instead of minutes.

  7. October 2025

    Rappel early access

    • NewFirst private-beta release — connect a Shopify store, pull payouts, and see every order, fee, and refund inside each payout.
    • NewQuickBooks Online connection with a guided account-mapping setup.
